Advantage Group are working in partnership with a modular housing builder in Coventry. We are looking for a number of people to join their team ASAP.Based inside their large production plant in Coventry this role would suit somebody who wishes to enter the construction sector , receive training and build themselves a genuine career.If you already have construction sector experience this is an opportunity to develop you skills further as the role is multi trade and you will be involved in various aspects of the construction of the modular houses.The main purpose of this role is to provide labour and support on the factory floor in the production of modular housing units and conducting manual work relative to the modular units and preparation of the factory ahead of planned production.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
