  • Providing a proactive service by communicating all deliveries, post and packages in full or partially delivered to the key stakeholders and chasing for undelivered parcels and/or incorrect deliveries.
  • Ensuring collections are signed for post-delivery to the BoH goods-in office to provide an audit trail of receipt.
  • Assisting with the checking of daily, weekly and monthly scheduled deliveries and liaising with key personnel to ensure adhoc deliveries can be accommodated as and when requested.
  • Forklift truck
  • Ensuring all FLT vehicles are driven in accordance with site protocol and designated areas provided. Adhering to Macro risk assessment at all times.
  • Ensuring all loads are weighted
