Facilities Area ManagerUp to £35k basic, OTE £50k +company car and fuel cardMidlandsBrook Street South Coast are pleased to be working with a well respected facilities management company who have big plans to continue expanding in the midlands area. They are focussed on providing an exceptional service.About the roleThe area manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination and controlling the safe provision of professional cleaning and associated services to the businesses clients.The Area Manager is a senior role, client facing and client focused. The number 1 objective of the role is client satisfaction and retention. This is very much the way this company grows their business.The 2nd objective is to nurture and manage the teams into the managers of tomorrow as the business really do promote internally. This means a successful Area Manager can move on to even bigger and better things once they have put the right team in place.The Midlands Area Manager at GSF is primarily responsible for the whole of the Midlands, East and West.Whos right for the jobThe ideal candidate will have experience of an area manager role within the facilities sector.Skills crucial to success in this role:

  • Knowledge of industry and relevant normative documentation
  • Trainers skills and experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Driver license
  • Experience in working with employees with English as second language
  • IT literacy
Whats in it for youIf youre successful you will join a expanding facilities management company with a great reputation and an excellent working environment.In return for your hard work our client offers a basic salary of up to £35k per year, depending on experience, in addition to 10% commission on all one off work and amendments and shared commission with Branch Managers on new business identified by the AreaManager. You will also be eligible for end of year bonus (based on the overall company profitability. Last year the bonus was £5K).On top of this you will get a company car/ allowance and fuel card.Lets get started!This role is available for a start as soon as possible and interviews will be arranged as soon as possible.
