Are you an Electronic Design Engineer - Analogue / Digital looking to work for a company that makes products that save lives If so, then this is the role for you! My client is a global leader in Fire & Security prevention applications.For this Electronic Design Engineer - Analogue / Digital position, you will be supporting the design and development of a new range of products as well as the company legacy products. Main responsibilities for this Electronic Design Engineer - Analogue / Digital will include:-Author, review and maintain technical documents such as Design Specifications, Architecture Documents, DFMEA & MTBF Templates in line with the companys systems and process -Actively participate in all aspects of design including circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, BOM management and New Product Introduction (NPI) -Ensure products meet the technical and legislative requirements laid out in industry standards, supporting the Validation and Certification teams during product testing -Participate in Peer Reviews and ensuring a Quality first approach to design -Problem Solving through to resolution supported by formal process where appropriate (for example 8D, Engineering Change Management etc.) The skills/experience this Electronic Design Engineer - Analogue / Digital will have are:-Knowledge of analogue and digital circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, BOM management and NPI -Well versed in technical document generation from specifications through to test plans-Experience of EMC, Safety standards and design best practice is essential -Experience with ECAD software, including PADS or AltiumThis is a great chance for an Electronic Design Engineer - Analogue / Digital to join a successful and stable business with the opportunity to progress their career long term.To apply for the Electronic Design Engineer - Analogue / Digital job or if you have any questions, please contact Sophie on or email a copy of your CV to otherwise we welcome the opportunity to discuss other engineering jobs.
