Job Description

Due to expansion, an experienced Electrical Assembly Technicianis required for a long-standing automotive business in Coventry, West Midlands. The hiring manager islooking for someone who has electrical assembly experience and has worked with PCBs, aswell as working from schematics and electronic user manuals. In return for your experience, this business will offer you an annual salary up to£30,000 per annum (dependant on experience).As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will work for a leading automotive manufacturing business in Coventry, West Midlands. You will be responsible for testing and repairing electrical components, intricate wiring work, using hand tools and working fromschematic drawings. Please note that the demand for this role will undoubtedly be high, and interviews will be arranged very soon.As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be required to:

  • Repair and test components
  • Use hand tools, including screwdrivers
  • Read and understand schematic drawings, as well as electronic user manuals
  • Provide hands-on inspection and diagnostics testing against customer specifications
  • Completing supporting paperwork.
To apply for this electrical assembly role, you will need experience within a similar role and wiring/intricate assembly experience on PCBs. You will also require the following:
  • Experience with schematic drawings
  • Previous electrical assembly experience and PCB assembly experience
  • Ability to read and understand schematic drawings and electronic user manuals.
