Job Description

Digital Communications OfficerLocation: Coventry - HYBRIDSalary: £25,000Contract: PermAre you a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for story telling and an innate design flairWe are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team as a Digital Communications Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting and managing compelling content across various digital channels, promoting our work to customers, stakeholders,and colleagues.Main Responsibilities:Social Media:Develop and implement a social media content plan across various channels.Collaborate with the Communications Manager to execute a digital communications plan, expanding our reach and influence on social media platforms.Advocate for proper social media use across the organization, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and usage policiesWrite, edit, and upload engaging content on our website, ensuring relevance and accuracy.Take ownership of the website structure and content through the Content Management System.Collaborate with teams to gather content for the Knowledge Base, including case studies and articles.Edit, proofread, and prepare articles for publication, maintaining regular updates and monitoring permissions.Deliver impactful internal communications through our weekly e-newsletter, In the Know.Uphold exceptional spelling, punctuation, and grammar across the organisation, adhering to writing and brand guidelines.Provide support for proofreading services, ensuring a high standard of written output.Monitor forum posts and Knowledge Base activity for an outstanding customer experience.Capture insights for business and product development, generating new sales leads.Assist in the preparation of internal reports, measuring communications performance against budget and objectives.Qualifications:12 months Proven experience in digital and content creation.Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.Proficiency in web content management systems.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Effective collaboration and communication skills.If you are ready to make a significant impact in the field of digital communications, apply nowand join our team!
