Design Manager £70,000 - £80,000 + Travel, Healthcare, Pension & BonusOffice Based in Coventry About the role:My client is currently looking for a Design Manager with experience in leading the design of large building projects to join their team working across a variety of new build projects spanning the from the midlands down to the southeast of England. The candidatewill manage the design process to develop a design compliant with all contract requirements and in the most cost-effective way. All information will be fully coordinated to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to meet the clients requirements.The current delivery team requires a Design Manager with a strong history of working for well-established main contractors on multi-million-pound projects from pre-construction through the delivery phase. My client is keen to find someone with strong technicalknowledge who can lead a project with little lead-in time.For this position, the successful individual will only be expected to be office-based in this companys Coventry office, making site visits throughout the week. The site locations span from the Midlands down to the m25, so please be prepared to travel (withfuel paid for) when required.About the company:Our client is a well-established privately-owned construction business operating at the forefront of the UK industry with a focus on building large newbuild projects. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of between £70,000 - £80,000 depending on the individual’s level – plus a generous benefits packageincluding an annual bonus up to 10%, depending on personal and company achievements.
