Job Description

This role works as part of a close knit and experienced team and has ultimate responsibility for delivering direct communications, managing, and improving the data quality and targeting / segmentation to drive increased engagement.Client DetailsMy client is a non-departmental public body who are committed to developing, maintaining and supporting a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion.   • Drive organisational change building a single customer view from they can better understand and communicate with its stakeholders more effectively
  • Ensure the CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics) is fit for purpose by specifying, realigning and maintaining the data
  • Build management information to monitor, analyse, evaluate, and report on and improve data quality and performance
  • Create and implement policies and procedures for data management
  • Determine methods for quality data collection
  • Manage and improve data quality and density
  • Implement effective and secure procedures for data processing
  • Manage the migration of data into the CRM
  • Build management information to evaluate data quality, performance and segmentation
ProfileExtensive experience in data management and marketing is essential along with the ability to work independently and manage complex projects.Job Offer
