The AR team is a team of 25 and are growing, and they are looking for a strongSenior Credit Controller who has experience in leading/deputising for their manager. You will have solid collections experience B2B and B2C experience is desirable. Your new role: Acting as the primary contact for all stakeholders advising on all debt management related issues, the main purpose of the role is to maintain an accurate and up to date ledger with the primary focus on debt recovery and reducing aged debt Developing processes to reduce debt and encourage prompt payment Adhere to the organisations policies with regards to payment terms and refunds Day to day supervision for the team and performance reviews Maximise cash cash collection, reduce and maintain aged debt to a minimal value using a range of debt chasing methods Responding to customer queries promptly to resolve and issues and get the payment Reporting into the Assistant AR and AR manager on a weekly and monthly basis.
