CONTROLS ENGINEERCOVENTRY £46,000 MONDAY-FRIDAY + HOLIDAY SHIFT COVER (incl. occasional nights) Our client, a market leading FMCG manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Controls Engineer to join their team. Working with this well-established brand you will be involved in all aspects of Control work within the manufacturing environment. Role & Responsibilities*Support and Maintain Control Systems, including PLC, HMI, Networks and Drives. *Upgrading of Existing Equipment & Integration with new Automation*Involvement in Electrical Modifications/Project & Improvement work*Carrying out Installation of New Equipment*Implementation of Automation Systems & Associated Equipment*Sourcing & Specifying of Appropriate Components*Carrying out Appropriate PPM Activities*Reporting directly to the Engineering Maintenance ManagerRequired Skills & Experience*Engineering skills within Controls/PLCs/Automation/HMIs *Experience with Allen Bradley Software *Formal engineering qualifications*Strong Electrical background*Worked previously in an automotive or manufacturing environment (Desirable)This role offers a competitive salary as well as a very secure and stable career path.
