Concierge Officer (Supported Housing)£13,796 - £16,024 - Plus a 7.5% Shift AllowanceCoventryPermanent, Part TimeWork Pattern: 22 hours Per Week - (8am - 8pm Shifts - Saturday and Sunday) - Potential for further available shiftsThis is a great opportunity to join our clientsinhouse Concierge (Supported Housing) Team. Working at two sites in Coventry (The Gateway and Frank Walsh House), you will provide an out of hours service giving priority to keeping their residents and buildingssafe. The role is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys providing a great customer and front of house service to the local community. Our client offers full training and development support as well as further opportunities within the organisation.In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Concierge Officer will involve:

  • Provide a professional reception service handling a variety of enquiries
  • Robust, proactive monitoring of CCTV and Access Control Systems to restrict access to authorised persons only
  • Patrolling and checking sites to ensure they are safe and secure
  • Visible and accessible point of contact for enquiries.
  • Working with colleagues to manage a range of issues including fire safety matters and assisting with emergencies
  • As a member of the Concierge Team you will often be the first point of contact where you will be able to assist, direct and find a solution to queries.
As a Concierge Officer they need you to have:
  • A professional and positive approach to customer service
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to work on your own and proactive in finding solutions to challenging issues
