Job Description

Company Commercial SolicitorCoventrySalary: £38-£55k dependant on experience, plus benefitsWe are looking for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor with 3-5 years’+ PQE,to work for a well-established law firm, with offices throughout Coventry and Warwickshire.The role would suit someone with wide-ranging experience in Company Commercial law, dealing with businesses from new start-ups to long-established organisations, and will involve running a varied caseload of company commercial matters including:

  • shareholder agreements
  • company restructures
  • advising on business start-ups
  • business sales and purchase transactions
  • asset purchase agreements
  • dealing with high-net-worth clients
  • acquisitions and disposals
  • advising on intellectual property matters
    • You will be well-supported by an experienced team of professionals and support staff and will have ample opportunity for long term career progression and development.This is a full-time permanent job with flexibility for some home-working if required.
