Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3 years’ PQECoventrySalary commensurate with experience (£35k to £50k)We are working with an award-winning, Legal 500-recognised, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm who are seeking a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of three years’ PQE in Commercial Property conveyancing, for their office in Coventry City CentreThis is a full-time, permanent, office-based position, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility may be considered for suitably experienced candidatesThe position will involve running a varied and interesting caseload comprising acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, business sales and purchase transactions relating to investment property and commercial property. You will be well supported by a dedicated Commercial Property team.Suitable candidates will be fully qualified as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ PQE in commercial property conveyancing. You will have experience in running own commercial property caseload from instruction to completion and will have excellent attention to detail and good drafting skills, as well as an ability to develop and maintain client relationships.The role is offered with a range of benefits including:
