Job Description

CNC Miller required. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer within the Precision Engineering industry based in the Coventry area, and are seeking a fully skilled CNC Miller to work on CNC Milling machines using a range of materials includingalloy steels and stainless steel. The successful CNC Miller will be working with a range of controls including Fanuc, Heidenhain and Mazak.CNC Miller - Programmer Setter Operator Position Overview

  • Programmer Set and Operator multi-axis CNC Machinery
  • Read & interpret a drawings
  • Carrying out Quality Inspection on own work to drawings
  • General high standard of engineering ability
  • Reporting to the Production Manager, and reporting any quality issues through to the Quality Management team
CNC Miller - Programmer Setter Operator Position Requirements
  • Proven background in Programming, Setting and Operating of CNC Milling machines
  • Experience setting and operating 3, 4 or 5 Axis Machinery
  • Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain or Mazak machinery advantageous.
  • Ideally apprentice served in a machining discipline
  • Based in a commutable distance of Coventry
  • Full UK Driving License
CNC Miller - Programmer Setter Operator Position Remuneration
  • Full time - Permanent
  • Salary £13 - £17 per hour, Dependent upon experience
  • 28 Days Holiday, Inc. Bank Holidays
  • Overtime available
  • Pension
