Job Description

Job title: Brand ManagerLocation: Coventry Salary: £40,000-£50,000 Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid (3 days in office a week)Start date: March - May 2024 Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager for our e-commerce furniture brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing the brand, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and strategically focusing on key touchpoints for improvement.This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in maintaining and developing a cohesive visual identity across various touchpoints. The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting a consistent and impactful brand message that resonatesacross all channels, including new and emerging marketing platforms such as display, radio, and video.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Audit:
    • Conduct a thorough audit of the brand to assess what is currently effective and identify areas that require improvement.
    • Analyse key touchpoints and recommend strategies for enhancing brand presence.
  1. Visual Identity Management:
    • Develop and maintain a visually cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and recognizable brand image.
  1. Brand Messaging:
    • Craft and oversee the overarching brand message, ensuring consistency and frequency across all communication channels.
    • Develop strategies for introducing the brand onto new marketing channels, including display, radio, and video.
  1. Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the the business to align strategies and ensure a unified brand approach.
    • Lead and inspire a team of doers, fostering a culture of productivity and accountability.
  1. Execution and Implementation:
    • Drive the execution of brand strategies with a focus on tangible results.
    • Implement creative and innovative solutions to enhance the brands market presence.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the e-commerce or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity across various touchpoints.
  • Strong leadership skills, having previously managed a team effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Confidence in exploring and adopting new marketing channels.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a track record of getting things done.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and convey ideas effectively.
