This role involves working closely with their students to enhance their academic progress and ensure they reach theirfull potential.As the intervention and booster teacher your responsibilities would involve delivering targeted booster and intervention sessions to KS1 and KS2 pupils, focusing on areas such as literacy, numeracy, and general academic development. You would be assessingstudents individual needs and designing tailored intervention plans to address any learning gaps or challenges.The school is keen to recruit a teacher who would be employing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and facilitate their understanding of key concepts. You would be required to monitor and track students progress, providingregular feedback to parents, teachers, and senior leadership.
