Job Description

Job title: Bathroom fitter Salary: £31,500 + van and fuel cardLocation: Coventary & Rugby We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Housing Bathroom Fitter to work on various housing projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining bathroom facilities in socialhousing units to ensure that our residents have safe and functional amenities.Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Assess and diagnose issues related to plumbing, tiling, and other bathroom components.
  • Ensure all installations comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Work closely with our maintenance and renovation teams to coordinate projects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address residents concerns professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter or similar role.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, tiling, and bathroom fixture installation.
  • Familiarity with social housing regulations is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic tools for the job.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus.
