The role will be paying £28k - £30k and will offer hybrid working.Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Accountant:* Month end reconciliations* Journal postings* Accruals and prepayments* Supporting year end procedures* Stock accounting* IFRS postingThe successful candidate will have the following:* AAT/CIMA qualification* Relevant accounts experience* High attention to detail and the ability to input data quickly and accurately * Strong work ethic* Able to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise workload* Self-motivated and works effectively under pressure* Works in a structured, methodical manner* Takes personal responsibility for resolving queries and issues Uses initiative* Proficient in the use of Microsoft ExcelThis role is managed by Walters People entity which is a temporary recruitment agency.
