Job PurposeTo support the Project Manager and be responsible for the delivery of programmed maintenance projects to Citizen property assets and to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders. To undertake comprehensive surveys of ourassets to collect and record data related to the current condition and future replacement needs of the building elements.Responsibilities* Lead and manage multiple investment projects (including leaseholder consultation) using effective project, contract and budget management. Supervise projects during the contract works phase, including any Clerk of Works employed on the project, ensuring thecontractor achieves the agreed contract and quality performance measures. * At all times and in all aspects of work ensure both internal and external customers requirements are defined, detailed, considered, and respected making sure that customers are always informed of issues and progress. Monitor levels of customer satisfactionon a project basis ensure any issues of dissatisfaction are addressed efficiently and report on a regular basis the contractors performance with customer satisfaction.* Carry out inspections on site of materials and workmanship to verify compliance with the contract specification and that any variations are valid. Record all variations accurately and in a timely manner to ensure costs projections are updated in accordancewith procedures. Work closely with suppliers to agreeing ongoing costs through regular valuation of the works and issuing of variation orders in a timely manner. * Undertake surveys of buildings for structural defects, fire damage, disrepair and property purchase reports.
