Job Opportunity: Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach - Leadership and ManagementPertemps Work-Based Learning is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven professional to join a well-established Training Provider located in the West Midlands. This opportunity arises due to the organisations growth and the need for an Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor specializing in Management and Logistics, up to Level 5. Our employer stands as a prominent apprenticeship provider with a national reach, holding animpressive good rating from Ofsted. If you possess expertise in Management and Logistics, this role offers a remarkable chance to make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities: As an Apprenticeship Trainer, your primary focus will be nurturing and shaping the next generation of logistics and management professionals. You will oversee a caseload of up to 40 apprentices, providing in-person and remote guidance.The Package:• Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000• Generous benefits package including 21 days of annual leave, Christmas shutdown, and public holidays.Role and Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach:• Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning sessions, both in classrooms and through online platforms.• Guide learners through all facets of their apprenticeship, preparing them for their end-point assessments.• Offer valuable support and mentorship to apprentices.• Conduct regular feedback reviews with learners and their line managers.• Ensure full compliance with the assessment process and maintain up-to-date apprentice portfolios.• Meet all compliance and process requirements as set forth by funding partners.• Stay informed about any updates or changes in standards, qualifications, and assessment processes.Skills and Experience Required for the Apprenticeship Skills Coach:• Possession of a recognised assessors award such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, etc.• Ideally, hold a recognised teaching qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, etc.• Proven experience in delivering Management apprenticeship standards up to Level 5 • Knowledge or experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable.• Proficiency in delivering training through online platforms.• Full Uk driving license and access to car for learner and employer visitsThis role is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.For enquiries and more information about this exciting opportunity, please reach out to Simon Atkins at Pertemps Work-Based Learning on .
