Are you looking to learn and develop your trade skillsClarion are offering you the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills working alongside an experienced trade mentor, whilst supporting you through a formal college course aligned to your role.If youre interested in developing a broad range of fundamental trade skills then this could be your chance to join our team working for the UKs largest Housing association.This level 2 apprenticeship includes skills in carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, electrics, brick and block work, external works and associated finishing trades including tiling, painting, and decorating,Starting in September 2023 youll gain experience in repairs and maintenance, deliver services to our residents homes and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards. Youll ensure that the service delivered exceeds customer needs, requirementsand expectations by working with your mentor and colleagues to develop a culture which continually improves the customer experience.With good communication and people skills youll promote team work and develop excellent working relationships with all members of staff across the Clarion Housing Group, and all other key stakeholders, both internal and external.Experience in interacting with mobile IT devices, such as smart phones or tablets and a passion to provide excellent customer service is essential.If you have a can do attitude, are committed to learning and ensuring that repair and maintenance services continually improve then we want to hear from you.In addition to full support and training well also offer you;
