Due to continued growth, they arenow looking for an account manager to join their team.In this role you will be based in their Coventry office, playing a crucial part in exciting projects. Working closely with the team,you will manage a portfolio of clients, build relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, site measures,and resource labour and materials. Each and every day will be different, however if you have a passion for customers, and speaking to people this could be the ideal role for you!The ideal candidate will have a few years of account management experience, as a minimum 2 years. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across the company. This role would be mostly suited to someone who has been onthe tools, working in trades and labour who moved over to account management, quoting up jobs and winning work/leads.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone truly ambitious, hungry for growth to join a rapidly growing company where there will be given support, autonomy and purpose and all relevant tools to further develop their career.
