A housing association who specialise in being a leader provider of affordable homes for 50 years are looking for a Housing Support Worker to join their organisation.Job Title: Housing Support WorkerLocation: HemlingtonSalary: £22,000-£24,000Working week: 35 Hours a week (Flexible working hours) Hybrid working available.About the role:

You will be responsible for delivering housing-related support that aims to establish maintain and sustain independent living to our tenants at our schemes in Hemlington.
This is a generic and rewarding housing management role - and a challenging one.
You will be responsible for a designated number of tenants offering advice and support, completing risk assessments, making recommendations to the neighbourhood manager, and liaising with supporting people commissioners, social services and occupationalhealth services to ensure tenants can successfully maintain their tenancy and live independently.
