Job Description

Job Title: Parts AdvisorLocation: NorwichPay rate/Salary: £20,000 - £25,000Hours of Work:Type: Full-Time / PermanentStart Date: ImmediatelyWe are hiring for a Parts Advisor that is experienced in the Automotive industry in Norwich.Duties of a Parts Advisor In this role you will be working in the Parts Department to support and report to the Parts Sales Manager, and you will be responsible for:

  • To handle all customer queries relating to the supply of parts and liaise with the Parts Manager.
  • To make sure that all enquiries are priced accurately to any relevant price agreement.
  • Collect all customer and market information as well as lost sales and pass them on to the Parts Sales Manager
  • Make sure that all new and old warranty parts are returned and handled correctly and efficiently and that company procedures are followed.
  • To make sure that all customer review meetings are attended.
  • To be professional and prompt when receiving incoming calls.
Skills and experience of a Parts Advisor You will need to have the following:
  • Experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well organised and be able to multi task
  • Ability to work as part of a team
It would be beneficial to the Parts Advisor role if you also had.
  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry
  • IT literate (email, word and excel)
  • Able to use own initiative
