Were looking for an accomplished Finance Business Partner to work for our client, a leading construction services business with multi-site operations across the UK and part of a Global organisation with 11,000+ people on multiple continents.This is a highly visible role with big influence across the business. If you can demonstrate strong operational leadership experience, a demonstrable track record of diagnosing business performance issues and implementing improvements, plus proven experienceinfluencing at a senior level, then you could be perfect and wed love to see your CV.----The RoleThe primary purpose of the Finance Business Partner role is to drive improved business performance. You would be tasked with developing and agreeing short and medium-term business plans, agreeing business targets for all areas of the business to meet objectives.As an influential leader you would be expected to challenge the business to improve, agreeing owners and timelines to ensure delivery, anticipating market issues and driving the business to implement mitigating actions.
