After continued success, the launch of their new branding identity, and securing anumber of significant large-scale projects, theyre looking for their next UI/UX Designer!About You - UI/UX DesignerAs a Midweight UI/UX Designer, youll join an experienced diverse team of 4 designers working alongside other techies like project managers, product owners, testers, as well as an office dog, a piano, many a potted plant.Youll be helping to understand user needs and journeys, business requirements, analytics and usability findings. Youll also be creating low and high-fidelity designs, user flows, wireframes and prototypes, as well as contributing to user Research. Althoughyour role will largely be UX focussed as well as some service design, there will be opportunities to do some UI & other creative work!Some of your time youll be working with a range of different clients on different creative projects (games apps etc), but your key initial focus will be on a large scale highly sophisticated government project (currently under NDA but they can tell youmore about this at interview) with an Agile team of around 10 including UX researchers, UX designers, UI designers, Developers and BI specialists.
