Job Description

Shift LeaderAbout us:We are looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference to patient lives, dedicated to improving company processes, has a drive to be an expert in what they do, wants to be part of our fantastic company and is as committed to their careertraining and progression as we are.Your Duties & responsibilities:

  • H&S of the team and work area
  • Ensure customer delivery of 98%+ is achieved
  • To effectively lead your team:
    • Active communication with the team - give online feedback and coaching on processes, compliance, quality, and daily targets with a view to continuously improving.
    • Ensure daily targets are hit by utilising SIC and taking appropriate actions
    • Conduct performance reviews and 121s
    • Ensure your team feel valued and empowered
    • To communicate with the wider value stream team to ensure priorities are aligned
    • To run the 10am Operations meeting
    • To plan resources
    • To minimise downtime
    • Complete a daily shift report to ensure communication between shifts is seamless
    • Ensure all EM is completed in full daily
    • Ensure FPA-47s are completed to target
    • Ensure your area is always inspection ready
    • To engender team working
  • Increase the capacity of your value stream in line with business requirements
  • To attend contractual weekend overtime with your team when required
  • To participate in the out of hours rota - as per rota (46 weeks per year)
  • To complete any other reasonable request
