  • Have experience and background in Service management;
  • Involved in the design & transition of complex services delivered by multiple suppliers preferably in Infrastructure/Networking/Telephony domain
  • Have experience in communicating and managing the delivery from external third party suppliers (Managed service providers)
  • Appreciate technical design at a conceptual level (minimum) and be able to drive discussions independently with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand the E2E solution and provide the necessary technical support & governance to external third party suppliers and ensure their solution conform to the overall E2E solution approach
