Job Description

Senior Energy EngineerRef:BM019My client are a multidisciplinary consultancy and engineering company whose main aim is to tailor their wide range of services to meet their clients needs and achieve a zero-carbon world. My client is looking to recruit a Senior Energy Engineer to reportto their Head of Deliver for Zero in their offices in Overmoor, Wiltshire.Senior Energy Engineers will be responsible for taking the lead and managing projects ensuring energy and water reductions run concurrently. You will need to maintain strong client relationships, be responsive to operational needs such as invoicing and projectmanagement, as well as meeting the Companies sustainability and internal CSR targets and objectives.It will be essential for applicants to possess:

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering
  • Experience in managing multi-client projects such as energy management, development of net- zero pathways, Key account management and new business developments.
  • Strong technical knowledge with Energy management systems, Energy use in industrial systems, electrical infrastructure and systems, and production systems in manufacturing.
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Full clean UK Driving License
It would be desirable for Senior Energy Engineers to possess:
  • Masters, Chartered Engineer status and membership of a professional institution such as IMechE, ChemE and EI
  • Commercial experience when it comes to negotiations of contracts in business.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Energy use in Buildings such as Boilers, HVAC, and motors, technology and design, as well as measurement and verification
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft BI
