Problem Manager - £500 per day (Outside IR35) – 4-month contract (likely extension)FryerMiles are working with a well-respected Management Consultancy to assist with the recruitment of a Problem Manager to work on a major Defence project for an initial 4-month period with likely extension.The main purpose of the Problem Manager role is to lead on the identification, analysis and management of the root causes of reoccurring incidents and problems which fall within the scope of the operational IT delivery.The successful candidate will require:- Active SC Clearance- Proven experience in Configuration Management, Asset Management, or related IT Service Management role. Setting the reporting strategy, creating process and reports from inception to delivery.- ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation certificate- Experience of working with Agile and Lean practisesProgramme:- Major Defence ProgrammeWorking hours:- 37.5 hours per week- 9am to 5:30pm Monday to FridayLocation:- Hybrid / Corsham- 1-2 days a month on-site however this can be requested up to 3 days a week in rare occasions.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a potentially long-term contract for one of the UK’s major defence programmes.Problem Manager- £500 per day (Outside IR35) – 4-month contract (likely extension)
