Sections should be able to be locked by the Deployment Team once the response deadline has been reached. The responses to the queries should be recorded in a SharePoint list that can easily be accessed by the deployment team so that the data can be used to produce the deployment plan (and carry out future analysis as needed).In practice, much of this work has already been completed so the requirement would be to take what has already been completed and make additions/changes.
