Live In CarerI am seeking experienced care staff to embark on a fantastic career in Live In Care. Working on a 1-2-1 basis with our customer who wishes to receive support within her own home. The ideal person for the role would be caring, compassionate, experienced within the care sector and able to work on a 2 week on and 2 week off rolling rota.This is a new clinical care package in the Chippenham area. You will supporting one customer within their own home on a rota bases of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Full training is provided however due to the complex care needs of this customer you will need experience of working in a similar role before. Knowledge of MS, PEG and end of life care would be advantageous.This role is to assist with the daily living of this customer within their own home. You could be offering companionship right through to providing support for clinical needs, (full training provided).You could be assisting out in the community, this could be for appointments and also for planned activities so having a full driving licence would be advantageous.We are passionate about making the right match for our staff and customers alike, quality we are seeking include; being kind, caring and compassionate, having excellent communication skills, passionate about promoting independence and reabling skills where appropriate.
