Job Description

Do you take pride in providing a high standard of customer service Do you want to thrive on working in a fast-paced environment Are you looking to join an expanding business and add value to a teamJuice is thrilled to be working with a fleet management business close to Chippenham, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their talented and growing team. You will ideally be confident in taking multiple inbound calls, working to timescales,and providing the highest level of customer service.DAY TO DAY:

  • Answer inbound calls presented within the agreed business KPI’s.
  • Deliver a personal service to all customers, facilitating their vehicle and driver-related queries via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Fleet administration tasks, including invoice processing, booking in MOTs, scheduling maintenance, and processing compliance.
  • Handling complaints and issues.
  • Dealing with third-party suppliers and ensuring the records are maintained accurately.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • High organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Assertive, positive, and confident communication style.
  • Ability to remain focused and to deliver to a high standard when under pressure.
  • Some experience working within a fleet or automotive company would be desirable.
AND FOR YOU:
  • Annual salary of 25k per annum.
