Commercial Contracts ParalegalJob DescriptionThis leading Legal 500 company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of between ten and twenty commercial contracts legal matters at various stages of draftingand negotiation.ROLE: Commercial Contracts ParalegalLOCATION: DevonRATE: £25,000 to £30,000Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial contracts law
• Draft and negotiate contracts
• Provide legal support to the company
• Assist with legal research

Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial contracts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
