We are looking for an outstanding Team Leader to complement our existing management team at Hall Lane in Cookridge.Hall Lane is made up of 4 Bungalows on one site. 1 Bungalow is comprised of self-contained flats and the other 3 are shared flats with communal lounges and kitchens. It is based in a beautiful setting in Cookridge.We are seeking to employ a highly motivated Team Leader to oversee 2 houses, managing directly a senior support worker in each, as well as deputising for the other Team Leader and the Registered Manager at times. The role requires someone with experienceof working in CQC regulated services and with experience of line management of a small team.We require a motivated individual who strives for excellent care and support at all times and can lead the houses to manage all aspects of the daily running of the service, namely to assist the Registered Manager in the operational management of a high qualitysupport service for people with learning disabilities, autistic conditions and other complex needs.The service is one of several services in the region and successful candidates would be part of a supportive network of local managers and services.
