With us, it is never just a job’.In return for your hard work and passion, we can give you real meaning and purpose in your work.Support Workers / Lifestyle Co-ordinators - About the Role:We are currently looking to expand our team of dedicated support workers who are based in Consett and are supporting adults who have learning disabilities, living in their own accommodation.You will be supporting four individuals within their own home. Each individual has a personalised support package and individual hours. The support provided ensures individuals have the ability to lead the life of their choice.You will be assisting with the day-to-day livelihood of these individuals and will help with medication, personal care, finances, socialising and daily living. That means you will be supporting a number of individuals with their social life, assisting personal development or developing day opportunities.Supporting someone with their daily life is not a 9-5 job. You will need to be able to work across a range of different days and shift patterns including waking night support. We realise that your quality time is important too, so your rota is prepared well in advance - Got a request, something special going on Your manager will certainly try to help you meet it.Support Workers / Lifestyle Co-ordinators - What We Need from You:You do not need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values.
