To be a successful Learner Engagement Officer, you will have a proven track record in sales and/or recruitment, which willsupport you in playing an instrumental role in the College’s strategy for growth. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and with the self-motivation to find new learners, you will work with both new and existing stakeholders to manage relationshipsto a very high standard. You will also be results driven with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets, as well as having a strong business acumen and a high level of personal integrity.What’s in it for you

This is a permanent, full time post (working 35 hours per week). Regional travel will be required as part of the role; therefore, use of your own transport, a current valid driving licence and business insurance is essential.
