HR and Payroll Manager required for a brand new role in Derwentside. This is a full time, permanent role.The RoleThis is a dual role, split between HR and Payroll. Payroll - the payroll is for approximately 150 weekly paid and 150 salaried staff and is full end to end payroll processing using Sage payroll.HR - with regards to this function, there is the general HR admin, keeping accurate personnel records, monitoring sickness and holidays too. This is a generalist role though and the successful applicant will support a number of managers in carrying out disciplinaryor grievances as required. They will also support managers with staff and their transition from probation to permanent contract; their input will be required to support managers in structuring the apprentices times to ensure maximum benefit to both managerand apprentice.This is a traditional company and the role has arisen due to the imminent retirement of a long standing employee.
