Thats when it hits home!We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join our awesome team as a Housing Concierge working waking nights. We support our brilliant customers who are single / homeless from the age of 16-25.They live in Derwentside Accommodation Service which is based in Consett Town Centre.We offer housing and tenancy related support to 13 young people, and we have 12 self-contained fully furnished flats and 1 assessment bed. We support them to move on to independentliving within the local community. We help our customersto take control of their own lives offering support with tenancy related issues, access to training / education, move on and work in partnership with various agencies to support them to achieve their goals.As our Housing Concierge youll play a really important role in supporting the smooth running of our service.Youll make sure that our buildings and customers are safe and secure, and that we get on with our neighbours!Youll get involved in lots of different activities which will include monitoring CCTV, regularly patrolling the premises, monitoring visitors to and from the building and ensuring tenancy conditions and service rules are adhered to.
