Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Pharmacist to join a family owned independent community pharmacy group.An independent community pharmacy group is seeking for a Pharmacist to join their team in their Doncaster branch. Our client is seeking for an individual who is keen and willing to promote and introduce new services in order to develop the branch even further.With a team that includes 2 ACTs and another branch in close proximity, there is plenty of support on hand, and the large and modern shop floor lends itself to increasing OTC sales.Key Duties

  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Respond to patients symptoms and advise on medicines for sale in pharmacies.
  • Delivery of company targets, staff management and patient safety.
  • Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance.
  • Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines.
  • Monitor and ensure customers are prescribed the correct medicines.
  • Be willing to progress to the superintendent position in future (salary will be reviewed at this point also).
  • The pharmacy is currently dispensing 12,500 items per month which is reflected in the salary for this post.
