Job Description

You will provide high level support to the Managing Director by providing a full secretarial and administrative service and ensure that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively. You will be naturally able to work in the utmost confidentiality as you will be involved in organising bespoke events for the Managing Director and family - sensitivity and discretion is paramount.Main responsibilities:Reporting directly into the Managing Director, your role will be to be the first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone callsProactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Managing Director by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetingsPlan and organise travel and accommodation when requiredProcess Managing Directors correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriateProduce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the DirectorProvide support for corporate meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced - this will include drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up action pointsBuilding relationships with other PAs across the group to ensure a network of professionals who represent the Company and Family valuesThis role would suit someone who has experience of working at Executive level, educated to high level, experience of providing support to a Board of Directors or similar high-level committee, experience of managing and planning projects, conferences, and eventsand excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Please call Julie!
