Restaurant General Manager Boutique Gastro Pub just outside Cambridge, £30,000 - £35,000 plus tips & Overtime 4 day weekAt Select Hospitality we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Restaurant Manager to Take over the running of their stunning restaurant and outdoor dining operation My client are a successful destination gastro pub looking for a Restaurant Manager to support the owners in the running the business based just outside of Cambridge. Its an exciting time for my client, with the recent appointment of an Executive Head Chef and the forecasted business growth, its a great time to join. My client will invest in you from day one and with their backing you will be coached and trained to run the business following their procedures As Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Owner and Head Chef to grow and build the business, attracting customers to the site and ensuring all guests receive excellent service and quality food and drink. You will be responsible for managing, training & coaching a team of up to 10 Front of House Staff catering to over 800 covers a week as well as managing a range of private events functions. You will be an excellent people person, be able to sell the menu toyour guests, & coach and train your team to realise the business potential. As well as a great salary of up to £35,000, plus tips, this role offers a 4 day working week, great tips (£5000-£8000) an industry leading benefits and perks platform, pension, , as well as a great training and development package.
