Job Description

Our client is looking for a well-rounded customer contact agent to join their busy team as soon as possible.Duties will include

Answering phone calls
Updating customers
Book in appointments
Manage customer expectations
Update information on the system

For this role, you will need to have

A high attention to detail
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Great administration skills
Takes pride in presentation
