A dynamic, customer focused provider of specialist transport and warehouseservices to the airfreight industryRecruiting for a warehouse manager Reporting into the Board of DirectorsThe successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of creating and then division with the full support of the Senior Management Team.Key Duties & Responsibilities Execution of the Companys business plan to create and establish a new Pharmadivision, including recruitment, procurement, drafting SOPs & process mapping. Responsible for all aspects of running the division such as workload planning, training,ensuring adequate resources are in place to meet work levels, GDP compliance. Using your industry knowledge to develop the business into a high quality servicewhich is both sustainable and profitable. As with all roles throughout this fast-paced organisation, the role of Cold ChainLogistics Manager will be very much a hands-on position. Were expecting that no twodays will be the same and you will be handling multiple topics and issues at once,requiring superb attention to detail skills and an in-depth appreciation of GoodDistribution Practice (GDP), particularly in the MHRA/Pharmaceuticals arena.Proven/demonstrable experience in managing GDP compliant, TemperatureControlled freight movement. Commercially minded, appreciating the needs and purpose of this brand newdivision with experience in business development. A flexible, proactive and practical attitude.Your core hours of work will be 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. However, being a 24 houroperation we would ask for some occasional flexibility as per business needs.
