We are looking for a Senior Negotiator in Sales & Lettings for our clients Colliers Wood branch.Basic salary £20k, OTE £45k, with a £3k annual car allowance or company car, plus business parking permit.Working five days a week, with a set day off during the week and closed on Sunday’s. Hours are Mon to Thurs 9-7pm, Fri 9-6.30pm and Saturday we finish at 4pm.Twenty days holiday, plus all bank holidays and a few extra days at Christmas.The role is both Sales and Lettings, and you will be given valuation training once they become more familiar with the area.
