Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business as a Sales Account Manager on a full-time permanent basis, this will be a field-based role.Summary You will be responsible for sales targets in a defined geographical area and act as the primary contact for key and target accounts.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Increasing sales and winning new business
  • Negotiating new business and opportunities
  • Building contacts with our customer base to create new business opportunities
  • Providing Technical support to customers before and after-sales
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working with the internal sales team to build rapport and ensure the customer gets the support required
  • Reporting to stakeholders on product performance and targeted metrics
Skills and experience
  • Computer literate in IT skills, Outlook Office, Excel, Email & Phone systems
  • Expence of working in an ISO9001/AS9120 quality environment
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven track record of successful business development and profitable sales growth
  • Proficient organisational and decision-making skills
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills#
