You understand how integral you are to the success and future of DigiHaul and the part you play in transforming the transport industry.This role is site based on cutomer premises and the shifts are Monday to Friday.Responsibilities-Management of inbound and outbound volumes direct from factory and into end customer locations (there is no management of own drivers, this is a subcontract solution)-Day to Day support with coverage of order profile-Individual route margin management-Promote a digital way of working with subcontractors-Operational control of agreed transactions from collection through to delivery and POD return-Customer route negotiation and carrier solution negotiation on a route my route basis-Maintain excellent working relationships withkey stakeholders, suppliers and customers-Develop and build robust relationships with customers and carriers-Provide detailed data on activity sourced and operational performance to the BrokersWhat do you need-A general understanding of the UK&I Transport industry-Ability to work under pressure as part of a team and also as an individual-Good telephone communication skills-Microsoft office skills - specifically Microsoft Excel-Geograhical knowledge of the UK&I-An understanding of 3rd party sub contractionWhat will you get in returnYou will receive access to a variety of our excellent benefits which in addition to an attractive salary include:-33 days holiday-15% non-contractual bonus-Access to pension scheme plans-Access to private medical cover-Access to Employee Benefit Portal including retail discounts-Access to Cycle to Work scheme-Access to Employee Assistance Programme-Access to Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice lease scheme-Training, development opportunities and more-Access to on site gym for nominal cost-Access to staff shop-Access to on site canteen facilitiesWhat you will need to do nextJoining the DigiHaul family is easy!
