REED Accountancy are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst/ Trainee Management Accountant to join their Coleford based client on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer who have been operation for more than130 years, and would suit somebody who is ready to take the steps to become a Management Accountant.The successful candidate will prepare, develop, and analyse key financial reports on sales, cost of sales and gross margin information to ensure the Controlling Management Accountant is provided with accurate financial information upon which they can makewell-informed decisions.Key Responsibilities/Duties:-Review cost of sales to provide information to the divisional managers of the company on a monthly basis-Provide key financial data to the Controlling Management Accountant-Maintain controls over production processing-Review and update the standard costing system-Produce reports for productivity, stock levels etc.-Present a professional image, support and promote brand values at all times.-Carry out all activities in line with the Company Health and Safety Policy-Ensure compliance with corporate policies and proceduresWhat they are looking for:-AAT level 4 (or equivalent)-Demonstrable skills to interact with cross functional teams-Excellent oral and written communication skills together with good negotiating skills.-Highly numerate with strong analytical and excellent attention to detail skills-Ability to work as part of a team or independently, as necessary.-Exceptional organisational skills with strong multi-tasking abilities-Demonstrable experience in a similar role.-Knowledge of SAPHours- Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3.30pmSalary- Competitive depending on experience + 33 days holiday including Bank HolidaysFor more information, please contact Sophie Spindler at REED Accountancy on
