Job Description

Trainee or Junior opportunities in Lettings to join this award winning Lettings team with opportunities available in Colchester.   • Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent.
  • Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio.
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
Requirements:
  • Previous industry experience preferred, but not essential as full training provided. However, all those applying must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a competitive customer focused environment.
  • Enthusiastic and competitive.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
  • IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential
Salary & BenefitsBasic salary is between £18,000 - £19,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus bonuses, car allowance and other financial incentives. Hours of Work:Full time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays (you will have a day off during the week when working a Saturday). Our branch opening hours are 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Friday and 8.30am to 5.00pm on Saturdays.
