Job Description

Im currently working with a client in the Property sector, who are seeking a new member of their Sales team.Salary - £20,000-£25,000 with a commission structure in placeLocation - Colchester, working onsite office based9am - 5:30pm Mon - Thursday9am - 5pm FridayWhat you will be doing:

  • Acting on instructions received from clients to source and engage suitable agents local to the property and issuing all relevant agreement paperwork.
  • Speaking with the estate agents on behalf of the business
  • Inputting all relevant information into the database.
  • Generating weekly reports for each property and ensuring they are sent on the appropriate day.
  • Taking offers from estate agents on properties they are marketing for us, contacting the applicants directly and carrying out the negotiations / financial qualification / anti money laundering process.
  • Confirming offers with our clients and acting upon their instructions.
  • Collating all information to enable the Memorandum of Sale to be created and issued.
  • Updating the hiring manager on all Sales achieved
About you:
  • Understands Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to use a database (if you dont have this, full training will be provided)
  • Likes working in a fast passed, target driven position.
  • Wants a career with a company that they can grow with.
  • Is polite, confident, detail oriented, tenacious, and driven.
  • An understanding of property would be preferred but not essential
